Cream Puffs

I ran across this recipe that my mother wrote many, many years ago. You can get an idea of its age from the ingredients. And, I'm old enough to remember getting oleomargerine white, in plastic bags that had yellow dye packs. We broke the dye packs (without breaking the plastic bag) then squeeze and mix until the color resembled butter.

1 cup water
1 stick oleo (yep, oleo is what was written)
1 cup flour
4 eggs (beaten)

Bring water and oleo to a boil and remove from heat. Add flour and still 'til it forms a ball. Then add one egg at a time until it is incorporated. Drop by spoonfulls on greased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 preheated oven for 50-55 minutes or until golden.

Makes ten - fill with sweet or meat fillings.
